To support business needs through collecting cash via acceptable payment methods whilst remaining 100% compliant. Analyse customer situations and work with customers to identify reasonable solutions. Attention to detail, good negotiating and questioning skills and setting payment arrangements within guidelines. Ensuring customer accounts are up to date & hold relevant information. Excellent telephone manner required, good keyboard skills, attention to detail, desire to succeed, target driven with a can do attitude. Excellent training on offer along with an excellent benefits package & bonus scheme. Call Centre Experience desirable. Evenings/occasional weekend work.
